Erica Albert

Staff Associate I

Erica Albert is a Staff Associate for the Center for Climate Systems Research at Columbia University. She works on projects concerning urban climate change and nature-based solutions. Before joining CCSR, Erica worked for the National Audubon Society, where she educated the public on ways to better understand and protect Long Island's ecosystems. 

 

She earned her MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and her BA in Environmental Policy from Binghamton University. Her research background concerns urban and suburban water quality, including Harmful Algae Blooms and PFAS.
