Xiaoming Haugh is responsible for leading the administrative functions of CCSR, including operations, finance, compliance reporting, human resources and collaborates with departments across Columbia’s central administration to support CCSR’s financial, academic, and research goals. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College and another bachelor degree in Creative Writing in English from Queens College of the City University of New York. She also earned a master’s degree in Higher and Post-Secondary Education Administration from Teachers College of Columbia University. Prior to joining CCSR, Xiaoming accumulated managerial administrative experience within Columbia at the Mailman School of Public Health as well as the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
