Dr. Cynthia Rosenzweig, adjunct senior research scientist and Erik Mencos, senior staff associate at CCSR hosted the 'Stone Barns-Columbia Climate School Partnership Think Tank Workshop' at the Stone Barns campus in Tarrytown, NY on May 9th, 2022. The objectives of the workshop were to: 1) Learn from and provide feedback to the Columbia SusDev Capstone Class project on ‘Stone Barns as a Long-Term Agroecosystem Research Station’; 2) Learn about activities at the Climate School and Stone Barns and share perspectives in four areas: Climate & Food Justice, Equity and Education; Agroecosystems; Health and Nutrition; and Hudson Valley Climate Action; and 3) Develop pathway forward and identify concrete next steps. Many members of the Climate School community participated in the event.
